Image Copies

Image films, prints or files may be required for:

• your health practitioner when they are unable to access your medical images electronically
• you to keep

To request copies of your images contact the CRG call centre on +64 3 379 0770. CRG can send the images directly to your referrer, or give them to you to take away with you.

CRG image copying options include:

• photo quality paper images at the time of your examination, at no extra charge
• a single image in electronic format (jpg) as an email attachment, but CRG requires an email address
• a set of images in conventional film format at $8.00 per sheet of film (courier included)
• a set of images on a CD at $16.00 (courier included)

If you request image copies subsequent to your appointment you will be asked for valid identification. This is to protect your privacy.
