Midwives Evening

CRG hosted a Midwives Information Evening held on 27 October at St Georges.

The topic was Diabetes in Pregnancy and three speakers covered the following issues:

• Dr Peter Moore spoke about the monitoring and treatment options for diabetes in pregnancy
• Dr Rosemay Reid spoke about diabetes in the clinical obstetrics setting including the data that has lead to current treatment protocols
• Julie Beaumont, our Clinical Specialist Sonographer, covered the third trimester pregnancy scan
